Next Major Minor Show April 30th @ the artBOX

CIES' very own Graham Mackenzie, (fresh off his Pho Down Grant) working in association with International Avenue's Business Revitalization Zone, has been spearheading an absolutely great project right here in Forest Lawn. The Major Minor Music Project is an all-ages volunteer-fuelled music and arts event organization. By engaging participants at all levels of music production and community organizing, Major Minor fulfils its mission to foster a participatory creative culture through popular music concerts, arts programs, experiential learning and volunteer opportunities for all ages, especially young people. Major Minor’s programs are always all ages, with a focus on young people ages 14 to 24 and new Canadians.

The latest Major Minor gig  at the artBOX will take a shift to the always colourful and culturally rich Hip-Hop / Rap genre, and will take place on April 30th. More Details in the poster below and hope to see you there!
